      Pros

      At this point, there are no pros worth mentioning but I'll go ahead with some standard pros. Good work life balance. Flexible working hours. Lunch on mondays.

      Cons

      CORRUPT is the perfect one word description for Tintri. Poor management, lack of retention policies, no innovation, difference in compensation across teams, bootlicking staff, and the list goes on. If you are a fresh grad and have come to learn, please refrain from joining this company. If you are a better talker than developer, voila, you have found your love.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
