Pros

The org is structured in a very efficient way. As a support engineer, it makes it easier to assist customers. The knowledge passed from the engineering group to the support group is quick; resulting in faster resolutions. With the legacy of the previous support engineers, the customers and clients highly admire the support received. The support team on a whole believes in unity. Each one puts in efforts in helping out others. All in all, its a great team!

Cons

There hasn't been a single incident worth reporting.

Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

Cons

Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
