      Pros

      Great product that customers love. Good work-life balance, nice HQ, good benefits, helpful employees, no jerk policy. Lunch every Monday, bagels on Weds, happy hour on Friday.

      Cons

      Some baggage over the years - older startup, that needs to grow up, but is slowly. Not enough regular communications. Too email centric.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
