      Lot to learn. Smart and friendly people. Flexible working hours. No unrealistic expectations.

      Needs to hire more people on the engineering side to reach to the potential that we have planned for.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
