      Pros

      Good wok enviroment. Friendly co-workers. It is betting now for new faces and young talent. Also the idea of the company is to grow more, spread out it´s investments, and not only be a valuation company.

      Cons

      Been bought by investment fund and there have been big changes and restructuration, as in people losing their job only because of their high wages. This makes people uncertain and very careful, other managers are seeking jobs out of the company.
