      - The Finance team is lean, so I had the opportunity to get exposed to lots of processes - The team members are so supportive, even post working there

      - None, I really loved working here and would've stayed longer if I didn't pursue my masters

      Very little management, left to get on with own thing leading to mistakes and high stress. Very financially orientated, no company perks.
