      Varied slate of programming across the multiple production companies. Fun, friendly work environment. Solid HR team and procedures, clear knowledge of line manager & opportunities to grow within the company.

      Cons

      The salaries fall slightly below industry standards but the management can be flexible and understanding when needs be.

      - The Finance team is lean, so I had the opportunity to get exposed to lots of processes - The team members are so supportive, even post working there

      Cons

      - None, I really loved working here and would've stayed longer if I didn't pursue my masters
