A lot of stress, pressure going on and some questionable decisions.

Learning focused Independent teams Mostly great people, both technically and personally Big tech culture (focus on building lasting things, modern stack, interesting challenges, generative)

Product, Tech and the Research Team (don't remember the name) had a big gap communicating There was sometimes a lack of urgency to push towards a profitable product Uncomfortable things weren't handled smoothly causing lots of misunderstandings and letdowns
