It's a small factory in kentucky, everyone knows you after working their a week. The pay is good for the location of the factory. They don't try and kill you either.
Cons
Upper managment is people who worked here so long they got promoted to a job they don't even know how to do. The insurance sucks, they make you as the worker pay way too much out of pocket money. Get ride of this crap union as well.
