      Great autonomy and work life balance.

      Cons

      No strategic direction and management of company is too removed from the staff. Messy structure and no processes in place to facilitate organisational changes.

      Pros

      The company has good values and respect the time, life and personality of their workers. Also, the general conditions are very good, like working from 9-3 on summer, flexible hours and several free days at year.

      Cons

      The office is not so nice but I think it's temporary.
