Stay Clear! - Production Tinius Olsen Employee Review

So many...arrogant upper management, boys club, too much paperwork and arcane computer system that makes the most simplistic tasks cumbersome and extremely time consuming. Work load is unsustainable and information to customers is inaccurate at best. Not enough workers in the shop to build equipment. Union shop works at snail pace. Never catch up. Horrible place.
