      *Salary is one of the best in the city. *Academic culture is strong and rigorous for student community. *The student to teacher ratio is great for engaging students with varying levels of academic competency.

      Cons

      *No one wants to substitute teach here. *Instructional Assistants are used as secondary paraprofessionals to cover when teachers abruptly called off. *No incentives are provided to advance one's credentialing as an educator or paraprofessional.
