      Pros

      Really good workplace culture and support from management. Diverse. Mental health was highlighted. Remote friendly. Pay was ok for the work!

      Cons

      Left due to dissapointing growth opportunities (I found a job in management to move on to) and I also questioned the company's values towards the LGBTQIA community within Trust & Safety policies. As a queer person myself, I felt that those policies could have been majorly improved to elevate the experience of trans folk on the platform.

      Some managers aren't the best which could cause issues for some morale on some teams. Although outside of that, most things are good.
