Terrible company and horrible management - Anonymous employee Tinder Employee Review

-Internal politics -Lack of empathy towards employees and members. -No concern for employee needs - no inclusivity - Very dismissive - treat their favourites differently - no regards for work/ life balance - business needs are above employee needs - terrible salary. -benefits need improvements -micro management is a big one here.
