      Pros

      Working at Tinder has been an amazing experience. Everyday I feel like I'm coming to work with a bunch of my closest friends while still learning and improving my skills as a developer. The company has been growing like crazy and it's been amazing to be a part of it. More to come in the future. Easily the best place I've worked.

      Cons

      The parking situation is a bit of a pain. I'd stay after 7 everyday if I didn't have to move my car at that time

      Some managers aren't the best which could cause issues for some morale on some teams. Although outside of that, most things are good.
