Pros
It Team is very good with the boots on the ground, not leadership or management. Good pay. Good team building events. Most help is just a chat away or teams meeting in crisis.
Cons
Insurance is subpar at best. Stabbing in the back is normal and might get you promoted. Single view at corporate level gets to wear a single hat and then dish out impossible work loads to those actually doing the work, but its okay after you finish the projects you will get cut as a business decision, nothing personal, LOL!
