      Pros

      Timken provides fair pay- that is a decent living wage for the work but nothing great. Good benefits insurance, 401k,and tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Due to the split of the company into Timken and Timken Steel; along with current market trends, the company is currently in a "down cycle", which means layoffs and downsizing.
