      Pros

      Timken is a worldwide company, so you are part of a multi-cultural workforce with lots of diverse people and ideas. The people, the values, the culture, and the opportunities are fantastic here.

      Cons

      Timken is a manufacturing company, so "remote work" especially at the plants isn't the norm. Yes, absolutely, there is lots of flexibility, but no fully remote positions available.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
