      I've had great management since I've been employed here.

      Cons

      You have to fight hard for raises. Their bonus structure is bit complicated and doesn't really push you to go the extra mile.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
