      Pros

      Management was always looking for and open to new ideas. I felt like I could take any problem that I had to my manager while at the same time I felt supported to fix issues on my own.

      Cons

      I was very satisfied with my time at Timken, I can't think of any disadvantages other than those that are common. More vacation days would always be nice!

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
