      Good product, strong brand, good customer connect, well respected

      Cons

      India - highly politicised, if you are in the good books of the MD, you flourish else no matter how good you are your career is ruined. Coterie culture. Leader is scared of strong subordinates, killing the talent pipeline

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
