      Pros

      This was a very good company till 2014, timken family not active in the company now.

      Cons

      Everyday you have to fear for the job security. It is a very funny situation of jobs shifting from America to India. Another sepoy job scenario. If America does not like you , your job goes away. Don't do job but make America part adore you.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
