-Very common to be paid late by several days -Physical checks that often come several days late -Refusing to put employees on direct deposit despite numerous complaints of late checks -Employees taxed as independent contractors requiring coworkers to have to put aside money for each tax season -Aggressive and predatory corporate culture that fires people on spot for not being able to meet impossible quotas or refuse to work holidays -Makes you work holidays with no compensation -Keeps you there by stating you will move up and despite exceeding expectations -Difficult to move up, unless you are a nepotism hire or have a very very intimate relationship with owners -Employees have been demoted during meetings and blindsided because of it -Work culture is aggressive and encourages you to poach off of others coworkers leads -Owners are reckless and uncaring towards employees and looks down upon them -Many shady and predatory practices, including opening up departments pretending to be other companies that rank the validity of timeshare exit companies in order to swindle unknowing customers into using services -Sexist atmosphere including comments upon hiring women if “they’re cute” -No benefits, PTO, nor do they let you work 40 hours to qualify -Imbalanced work-life culture, you will receive calls and demands to work well into the night or on weekends -Demands perfection from employees
