Chief of Sales is Unprofessional, Micro manages, Team leads do not co-operate. They call you to work from office During a pandemic, they will want you to stay back in case you are not able to meet a target, The will ask you to work on week offs in case your targets are not met. I worked because I had no choice I am happy I left. please do not try to join this company if you want work-life balance. The Management and HR Targets are inconsistent.
