Get to learn a lot and is great for building up your resume as a fresher. Good worklife balance.
Cons
Manager has no say in your salary. The salary is way below market rates and the owner will try and get away paying you the minimum. Only if you give your notice saying you got a new job, then the owner is all ears and will give you a counter offer. India operation is disjoint from the US and very less communication from management. No visibility into how the team is doing or how the company is performing.
