      Monday through friday work week hours

      Cons

      You can sit there for almost 40 hrs a week, make call after call, and still end up not getting paid at the end of the week. They also are 1099 so you end up paying a ton in taxes during tax season. They try to sell you on all these deductions but it doesn't work out that way at all.

      It’s a small company so training in handles on

      Everything. Run. They scam the customers out of thousands of dollars and want you to convince them that they aren’t. Management wants you to call over 200 people a day even if you just called them yesterday and they told you no. It’s 1099 but you have to be on a set schedule and in office everyday. No pto or paid sick days. Oh yea 1099 also means you have to pay your own taxes
