Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you valued the flexibility that supply work can offer. Many education professionals choose supply teaching because it provides greater control over when and where they work. We also appreciate your comments regarding holiday pay and the consistency of work. The availability of assignments can vary depending on school demand, seasonal requirements, and local market conditions. We understand the importance of regular opportunities and continue to work closely with our partner schools to secure placements for our candidates. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Feedback from our staff and candidates is invaluable in helping us improve the service and support we provide. Kind regards, The TimePlan Education Team

Pros

there are no pros to this company

Cons

State that they will pay for your DBS if you sign up with their agency which isn’t true unless you work 20 days with them. They failed to tell me that. I was waiting to start a new job with another company so i was unemployed. They didn’t start my DBS application until i asked for the reference number which was 2 weeks after they said they did my DBS so i had to wait an extra 2 months for it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating delays can be, particularly when they impact your ability to start work. We aim to be transparent about our registration requirements and DBS process, including any eligibility criteria relating to DBS reimbursement. We also recognise the importance of keeping candidates informed throughout the onboarding process and are disappointed to hear that you felt communication fell short in your case. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team and will be used to help us review and improve our processes and communication with candidates. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and wish you all the best in your future career. Kind regards, The TimePlan Education Team
