Pros
Good product, good benefits, plenty of parking, a new computer system in the works. Public transportation nearby. "The District" in Burlington MA is becoming a trendy night spot.
Cons
I will do my best to not self-identify. These reviews describe an alternate universe. TPC has the best and the worst people working here. There is a contingent of long-term employees who do everything possible to sabotage the newcomers who've worked here 2 years or less. These newer people are sincerely trying to change things for the better. The product is solid. Leasing contracts are air tight and always hold up in court. The real problem is in the Collections area (called 'Customer Service') where they churn through Collectors at a shameful 95% turnover rate. Awhile back, we had an employee satisfaction survey. Predictably, the managers who take great joy in firing people were exposed. Their arbitrary performance goals were hung out to dry. However, the old guard prevailed and the offending managers were promoted. It's too bad. These problems can be readily fixed. Also, performance goals company-wide need to be freely agreed upon by employees. Currently, performance goals are chiseled in stone and trickle down from on high.
