Pros

- Good tech stack - WFH / Hybrid

Cons

- No proper training provided by Supervisors - Little to no guidance provided by Supervisors - Salary is not competitive - No career growth - Favoritism: If you are not the favorite, you will not get included in much projects and just be in one. Thus, you will not have a chance to practice and showcase your skills. - Learning opportunities are so limited due to favoritism. - Supervisors provide 1-on-1 talks with employees and they are just doing it for the sake of showing they "care" for their employees and not really listen on what you have to say. - You are on a sick leave? Nah, they will still message and call you and if they cannot reach you, they will ask your co-workers to do the same as well. They will prioritize the clients' needs than your HEALTH.

Pros

Good for fresh graduates – a good place to gain experience. Friendly colleagues – the team is nice and helpful. Remote/work-from-home setup – great for flexibility.

Cons

- Low compensation – not competitive. - Always tight deadlines – stressful work pace. - Entry-level employees are given big projects right away. - Some supervisors give very little guidance, even for big projects. - The complexity of our work is often underestimated. - Incompetent Team Lead - Small team, but the workload and expectations are too high. - No proper project manager – developers also act as project managers. - Limited career growth – no clear career path. - Tasks assigned are sometimes unrelated to your role. - Sudden project reassignments – no proper planning. - Learning opportunities are limited. - Processes always feel rushed. - Micromanaging is a problem.
