Pros
A limited company with good valuation but it is actually a managed price.
Cons
No policy for HR. The management does things as per their whims. They can terminate you in 1 hour. However, if you quit, you need to give 3 months salary. Latecoming by even a few minutes leads to salary cuts. No leave is granted even if your parents are dying.
