Pros

I have been working for Time Etc. as a Virtual Assistant for almost a 1 1/2 years and love it. I truly enjoy working with multiple clients while being able to have a flexible schedule. Time Etc. has a wonderful Help Desk Team who respond quickly with any questions that come up. They not only want to ensure that their clients are highly satisfied with Time Etc., they also strive to ensure their Virtual Assistants are just as satisfied working there.

Cons

I have not encountered any Cons in the time I have been at Time Etc.

Pros

Supportive and well-organized onboarding experience. My onboarding manager, Amy W., was responsive, encouraging, and did a great job clearly explaining expectations and answering questions. Regular check-ins made the transition feel smooth, and I always felt comfortable reaching out for guidance. Overall, a very positive introduction to the company.

Cons

No major downsides during onboarding. As with any new role, there’s a learning curve at the beginning, but the support provided made it very manageable.

Pros

Strong onboarding experience and very supportive team. Amy was especially helpful, responsive, and proactive in making sure I had what I needed to succeed. I was able to get up and running quickly and had a client base by the end of my first 30 days. The platform is easy to navigate overall, and the flexibility and variety of work are big positives.

Cons

While no system is perfect, there are a few areas within the platform that could be more streamlined to improve efficiency and workflow. Some tasks require a bit of extra manual work that could likely be simplified with small system updates.
