      your job is subject to bosses temper, which is often displayed. leesburg fl. management unfriendly ,and does not respect good work you have done which can easily be determined by your being reliable and on time and never getting tickets for anything. will fire you with a snap of a finger and in my case was forced to unload all my equipment and leave property at 2 am, minutes after i got in...

      Pros

      Time Definite has treated me very well in the almost 2 years I have worked in the Safety Department. We are team players. Good Drivers that have treated me with respect. Mike Suarez the owner is a very good man to work for with his son, Ryan in charge of the Florida office. Tammy Wilcox is my supervisor in the Safety Department and has taught me what I have needed to know about the trucking industry.

      Cons

      I have no bad words about this company as they have treated me fairly. I know there was a complaint from a driver here and the Operations Manager he was talking about is no longer there and in charge. Things have gotten so much better with his removal!!
