Pros

Had one amazing Team Leader, who was under appreciated by management and fellow Team Leaders. Flexible work hours. Amazing please to meet great co-workers, who will become close friends.

Cons

Horrible management, all they care about is themselves. The Marketing department could use some restructuring, as far as Team Leaders and management. You get screamed at like children in meetings. The pay is horrible!! People are literally dropping like flies there and no one seems to be doing anything about it. Team Leader plays favoritism and it's crap. The training you get is worthless and a waste of time. No work advancement available.

Pros

Some of the best reasons? The co-workers were great. Unfortunately, management saw conversations between co-workers as detrimental to success and production, often questioning what was going on.

Cons

Pisspoor management. They would hawk the time clock, and there was zero leniency for being a minute or two late.
