Pros

If you want to shut down, coast by, and do the minimum, then this place is for you.

Cons

Below market compensation. Little hope for career progression or increased financial compensation. Push the pace, work hard, be a high performer, and you will be rewarded with MORE WORK. Many of your colleagues will be people who cashed it in many years ago, because they realized it is irrational to perform at a high level. Most people who you would have enjoyed working with will leave because it feels better to work for an organization where you are valued (some companies put their money where their mouth is and pay market competitive rates), than it does to work for an organization which tells you on a daily basis that they have a low opinion of you (actions speak louder than words).

Pros

Some of the best reasons? The co-workers were great. Unfortunately, management saw conversations between co-workers as detrimental to success and production, often questioning what was going on.

Cons

Pisspoor management. They would hawk the time clock, and there was zero leniency for being a minute or two late.
