Business owner took over the business from his dad, previously selling punch card machine. Most of the developers are located out of Singapore with less than 10 staff in singapore including the business owner. Business sells HR solutions at a cheaper option as compared to it's competitor but their software is always facing issues and having refund cases. Heavily reliant on govt grants such as PSG, CTC, CPC.

This Company is a good place to grow especially in stress tolerance, emotional intelligence, handling fault fully blames. To expect :- - Extremely high stress level that doesn’t make sense and majority employee feel that they will get fired any time, this is a good foundation of stress tolerance training ground. - For male it is highly recommended to join in as u will notice biased towards woman is very obvious. Boss will tend to mock u very directly if u are a male where i think this is a good way for fresh grad to develop into a future alpha.

Company is fantastic. Nothing need to change. Current strategy and communication skill should be leverage further to help more people to learn.
