      Small Company where you will experience talking to all levels of management daily including the President. Also give you experience in many different roles as the team needs to flex to fit company needs.

      Cons

      Low salary compared to other NY opportunities. No upward mobility in an engineering role.

      Pros

      They manufacture some of the highest quality engineered plastics on the market. They also have a great team between product, operations and sales.

      Cons

      Upper management is a bit befuddled. As well as being a bit of a boys club. As a matter a fact upper management is rarely there.
