      there is absolutely no pros

      Cons

      I have the worst experience while working in this company. The company is run by people who believe in putting pressure and use improper attitude to the employees. The senior don't give a value about your work and keeps criticizing. There is no respect for value and there is no real work. I feel ashamed in working in such a company.

      It had flexible work timing and the location was ideal for me.

      Cons

      Editing just corporate podcasts and social media content isn't a good idea for a video editor in the current market.
