Pros

- Flexible hours - Nice colleagues (watch your back though, there are power hungry people around playing snakes and ladders) - Exposure to awesome local bands and some amazing food partners

Cons

- Unsafe and toxic work environment: It’s impressive how there are no proper guidelines in place to address workplace harassment. Maybe the management prefers to keep things "casual and exciting" with uncertainty. Management appeared cowardly and lack accountability for her action. - Issuing of Warning letters here feels like a game of chance – you never know when you're going to get. Somehow employees are also required to hide about receiving warning letters. - It seems like the management is fantastic at catching typos but her own major financial miscalculations, seem to be one of the worst-kept secrets around here. Selective micromanagement at its finest. - It's hard to tell if there is even a HR department. There wasn't an employee handbook for clear understanding of employee benefits or entitlements and appraisal systems change as and when management pleases – it’s a fun guessing game for everyone. - Timbre’s lost magic: Once upon a time, this brand had charm and uniqueness. Now, the management’s rigid, inadequate F&B knowledge and old-school directions feel like a time capsule no one really asked for.

Pros

Some nice colleagues Used to be great, but everything seems to be falling apart

Cons

Company claims they're not doing well but management still takes management fee... outlets keep closing down, any new brand launched under this leadership, cannot seem to succeed. Now they're left with only 1 Timbre outlet.... Toxic environment. Filled with people who doesnt do their job. One of the managers plays video games and watches youtube videos at the smoking area half the time and orders colleagues around to get lunch. Also super disrespectful to tenants and other colleagues. Managers at timbre don't exactly manage anybody in the department as they're usually promoted to fill the gap because management refuses to hire more people. Blame Culture. When you get too involved in everything, you get blamed for more mistakes. Gotta be on your toes at all time
