Pros
The company location 40 minutes from Aspen and Vail. The company offers good pay for Carbondale. They pay 100% of Health Benefits which is becoming less available in our resort communities.
Cons
Little and sometimes mixed communication between management and downline employees. Management style is shamming and not building up employees. Very siloed organization. Not a very good work/life balance. Very individualistic no "team spirit". Management looks at employees as revenue generators and not people. No training or employee on boarding.
