Pros
Timberland has been a great business to learn and grow within. It's small enough to feel like you have a say in things (and leadership cares about what you say) but growing at a good rate where you can continuously have learning and growth opportunities.
Cons
There are normal growing pains as a company keeps adding more properties to its portfolio, but as long as we continue to make changes and try to be proactive, it won't continue as a long-term issue.
