Pros

Timberland Partners is a wonderful company to work for in this field. The support staff the community managers receive is wonderful. Human Resources is very understanding and caring for each person and what I like the most about Human Resources is they separate everyone into their own person. We are not all grouped into a group and treated like a group. We are treated with individual respect and generosity when you reach out. Timberland Partners has wonderful support staff. If I have any questions at all I know I can send one email to any department I need and they will respond and help the best way they can. As a community manager, we also have wonderful teams! We have weekly team meetings and it helps get to know who will be available to help you if needed on your team. Being able to reach out and have the company respond to you by name is my favorite part. It shows that the company knows who you are and what you do for them!

Cons

I don't have anything at this time I can say is a con! Maybe let us dress down on Fridays.

Pros

Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

Cons

Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
