Pretty Decent Days Work - Leasing Agent Timberland Partners Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review on Glassdoor. We continue to review our benefits and are excited to not have an increase in our health insurance plan this year. We also changed our Short Term Disability policy to provide up to 60% of wages when a team member is out of the office. We are also working on other items to announce as of 1/1/2020. In 2019 we have focused on promoting from within and have created a regional community manager and regional service manager to assist with communities that are short-staffed.
