The safety of our residents is among our top priorities; our company engages a third party that provides background screening for each who applies to become a resident. Annual capital improvement projects are continually in motion to ensure functioning, clean and safe amenities for our residents. All team members complete yearly Fair Housing training, and ongoing training through our mentor programs.
