Lots of equipment Studio C is beautiful Sarah is a great manager Made lots of connections with members

Pre-choreographed classes need better marketing - offered at poor times - few class participants in evenings Upper management don't seem to spend money wisely when getting instructors certified Too many instructors Too many "unique" programs Need fewer instructors with more certifications Getting subs is difficult and they are unwilling to get people trained to sub for you
