      I have only been here for a few months and I have to say, they treat you right! The culture here is amazing, everyone supports each other and I have nothing but respect for all my co-workers.

      -decent pay -I enjoyed the 2-2-3 scheduled (work 15 days a month)

      -hard work physically -12 hour shifts -no temperature control
