High earning potential due to commissions with no limit. Great team chemistry. Tons of experience in learning how to deal with difficult real estate deals. Excellent at helping improve sales skills, from basic cold calling to in depth contract negotiations. It's a small team, so everyone knows their role and works together towards a very clear, common goal.
Cons
Possibility of calls coming in after business hours, but it is sales so this is expected with any sales position.
