      Fun first job, you get a variety of experience since there are different job positions.

      Management sucks, customers can be rude, stressful and fast paced, typically too busy to take breaks, no raises or room for growth.

      Amazing Company to work for that takes care of its employees.

      Nothing I can think of other than time management. Being a Manager for Tilt has its toll on outside life.
