      Overworked employees and high burnout Shady management and dishonest practices Very corporate and money-oriented (driven by greed) Managers have 0 regard for your personal/private life as you're expected to work 24/7 that's the culture/environment they create Horrible work-life balance

We recognize that this requires more time commitment than an established company, but it also provides opportunity to grow your career. To reward employees we have given stock options and provide overtime.

      Lots of autonomy. Able to run your territory as your own business with guidance but no micro-management. Fair & achievable KPIs.
