Firstly, thank you for taking the time to give feedback, it’s always valuable to understand different views. I noticed that you worked for Tillo 3+ years, which shows great loyalty, it also shows you’ve been on our journey through the toughest but most rewarding times of our growth. Going through Covid, expanding the team, opening the US office, acquiring Jigsaw, all whilst bootstrapped, meant that we had to be really focussed on making some tough decisions along the way. But testament to our great Tillians and our award winning culture, we’ve succeeded. Last year we grew 40%! Our SLT grew too - and we are immensely proud to have a diverse SLT, bringing broad experience to the team. And that goes for the rest of the company too, with 45% of the company female and in leadership positions. Growing to 140 employees in the last year has meant that we’ve had to focus on maturing many of our people policies and approaches. I’m really pleased that in the last quarter of 2024 we managed to implement a meaningful employee feedback survey and feedback loop, so now Tillians can track how their feedback shapes the future success. We’ve also worked really hard on implementing some robust compensation approaches, to ensure we are paying fairly and competitively, with real data to back up our decisions. And we’ve rolled out a new career development framework, which was very positively received. We still have work to do, but that’s the scale up journey we are on. I’m sorry that you left before you had an opportunity to witness and experience these positive changes. Nonetheless I’d like to wish you the best in your future endeavors.
