      Pros

      Good work, Good work culture Nice colleuges Nice manager behaviour (US product owner is always better) Salary always on time WFH only when requested in advance, Good and peaceful location

      Cons

      No fun activities or fun Friday No sports activities or any kind of fest or anything No coffee, tea or any thing except water and washroom(come work and go home) If you leave organisation, they will bend all rules as per theirself, No professional behaviour from HR manager, Nothing will be told in advance and at the day of departure from office, they will ask you to pay for notice period, before that they would never tell this.
